Nathans Investigations President Eric Nathan is a U.S. Army Veteran who holds board certifications as a Certified Social Media Analyst, Certified Social Media Expert, Classified Intelligence Gathering expert as well as Interrogation and Interviewing techniques. Additionally, Nathan graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Private Investigation Services. Prior to opening Nathans Investigations, Eric Nathan was employed with a national investigation agency as an insurance fraud & workman’s compensation investigator & with the Florida Bureau of Private Investigators as their lead investigator. Eric has held positions as a field operations supervisor for a Florida based Security & Intelligence firm, a Regional Asset Protection Manager as well as a behavioral health counselor.

Eric is well known for his loyalty & dedication to his clientele, and community. Nathan is a member of the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators, the Association of Investigative Specialists, the United States Association of Professional Investigators & the Council of International Investigators.
Nathan has led his team of veteran military, law enforcement & risk management professionals to be awarded multiple times for private investigation services over consecutive years as well as being featured in various media sources regarding his achievements and Private Investigation Agency.
Ashley Wardlow began her academic career at Chicago State University after completing her basic training with the United States Army Reserve. Wardlow served as a Military Police Officer while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Criminal Justice as well as a minor in Spanish Linguistics. While at CSU, Wardlow’s research was featured in analytical science publications focusing upon the extraction of targeted compounds from fruits and berries; which were subsequently found to be beneficial in the clinical treatment for Alzheimer’s Disease and its associated symptoms. Wardlow then relocated to Miami Florida, where she obtained her second bachelor’s degree in Forensic Chemistry from Florida International University, as well as master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. During her studies at FIU, Wardlow was a MBRS RISE scholar and a McNair Fellow, where she invented a paper microfluidic device for direct application in Forensic Serology. Wardlow is now completing her second master’s degree in Digital Forensics at the University of South Florida.

Matthew J. Ijac is a Licensed Private Investigator with a specialized background in Criminal Justice, Forensic Sciences, Medicine and Anthropology. With extensive experience and contacts in these varied fields, he applies an eclectic and thorough approach to both investigations and clandestine intelligence collection.
Having studied Behavioral Anthropology at Indiana University, Bloomington from 2012-2014, Mr. Ijac gained express knowledge into the nature of cultural sociology and behavioral analysis. After receiving an exclusive offer from McDaniel College, Budapest, he moved to Hungary to pursue an education in forensic sciences and pre-medical studies, moving onward to attend the University of Pécs Medical School from 2014-2016, focusing on forensic pathology as well as entering the intelligence industry through the tumultuous landscape of Central and Eastern Europe.
Upon returning to the U.S., Mr. Ijac enrolled in Florida International Universities Criminal Justice program; earning a Bachelor of Science while interning at the Broward County Medical Examiners Office and a number of clinical pathology labs while building a reputation as one of the most reliable private investigators in the Miami area.
Educated in both the US and abroad, he is currently holding the position of Chief Investigative Officer with Nathans Investigations. Mr. Ijac continues to work towards a degree that will allow him to become qualified as a Certified Medical Examiner. As the author of the Nathans Investigations blog, he is also a writer, novelist and investigative journalist.
